Fallout New Vegas Dead Money DLC problems?

I used to have the DLC on my PS3, and my brother thought it would be cool if he deleted it from my ps3 because it was too inappropriate, note he is a mormon zealot. Anyway, i finally got it back, and well, I'm having some troubles getting it started. What happens is, I know that you get the Sierra Madre Casino radio broadcast as soon as you start the game up again. Now my problem is, I am not getting this simple little broadcast to start the DLC. I don't know what to do, and I really want to play through Dead Money once more on my file that actually has skills to boast. If anyone knows what to do, it would be much appriciated!
