Cheer-leading eating?

so i need to eat healthier for cheer-leading next year...i don't like the taste of milk so i plug my nose when i drink it and i try to drink at the least 2 cups a day. I don't like salad..i love broccoli, asparagus and uncooked carrots. I love lots of fruit..i am allergic to uncooked blueberries. I try to drink water. i also LOVE orange juice. But i feel like chocolate milk is to sugary so i wont drink that. and i need to also know what not to eat. thanks!
