Do i need to adjust my hydraulic lifters?

I have a 1993 gmc sierra that has a chevy 350 small block. I just recently got a new cam, timing chain, and lifters from edelbrock and i have everything but the lifters in. They are hydrualic lifters and im not sure if i need to set anything on them in order for them to run properly. I do have them soaking in oil currently and i have assembly lube on hand. I just need to know if there are any physical adjustments i need to do to set the preload/prelash.
