Can I lose weight in a month if I keep this up?

Sounds great! I also lovve crystal light ice tea or lemonade. It's a really nice refreshing and healthy drink for summer. your plan sounds good. But maybe after you run a mile for a week or so, try adding in a little more cardio, or yoga, or weights. So you don't always run and get bored. But I hope you look your best by bikini time girl !;)
