Wrapped in bacon (so you don't over cook bacon  boil asparagus a little first) then wrap it bacon  and and brown it a little)  served with Halloumi cheese  (Greek cheese that can be made with sheep, goat or cows milk  Ive only had cows milk one in Australia ) that has been cut in cubes and dusted in plain  flour (All purpose) and then fried . It is really yummy and its a cheese that  stays pretty solid even when frying.
