What do you think of my food choices today?

You're really punishing your body here. Instead of trying to get fiber from a really inefficient source like cereal, eat peas. Bell pepper and onions are just garnishes. Increase the fruits to a full serving of each, and eat a raw carrot instead of baked, and steamed asparagus instead. It will reduce the calories and actually give your body something to work with.
