Power increase with Edelbrock Performer parts?

I have a 1977 chevy 350 engine out of a c30 dually dump truck and a 1984 chevy 350 out of a gmc sierra 2500. I want to build one of the motors using a edelbrock performer dual plane intake manifold. A edelbrock camshaft with lifters both under the part number 2101. Then my edelbrock 600 cfm 4 barrel carb and a set of headers i have. If it is done right can anyone tell me how much hp and torque i should be putting out when i'm done?
