Is this too much food to eat today?

It sounds sufficient if your daily expenditure of energy is standard. An afterdinner lite snack would be ok as well. Light exercise would be necessary daily for some weight loss to occur but do not expect huge losses overnight. Gradual loss is much better and replacement of muscle for fat over the long frame would be most beneficial. Also very important to drink your water - not sodas - for helping to burn calories. Drink approx 1/2 your body weight in ounces daily - yours approx 65 - 67oz.
