I'm trying to translate this menu from italian to english, help please..?

ok so far it all sounds really good. but i'm not sure if your saying "rocket" or trying to say "ricotta" like the cheese. dusted would be a good replacement for sprinkled. other than that great job, and hope it all goes well :)
