How did I do on my diet? (FIRST DAY) :O?

There is no way in h*ll you will be able to stick to this plan long term. Exercising this much will have the opposite effect of what you want, you will begin to lose muscle because of such a high deficit of calories. You may even gain if your body believes it is not taking in enough calories to sustain normal daily activities. So all in all, more calories than you are eating (eat 1500-1600) and less exercise (Riding the bike and some muscle building exercises are enough for one day).
