Anyone here know a thing or two about guitars?

I'm buying a Schecter Omen 6. Is it good? I've been playing guitar for a while and mostly play rock and a little metal. Also the one I'm buying has been upgraded with a Floyd Rose Tremelo and a dual locking system for the strings. Also, idk how to tune the guitar with the duel locking system so anyone know where to find a how to?
