2005 GMC Sierra dash AC/Heat controls inop (No Vent)?

2005 Sierra with the digital controls for AC/Heat. When you push the button to change from Vent to floor to defrost etc...nothing changes. The image on the display changes, but the air only comes out the floor. Does anyone have a diagram for the door under the dash that changes this?
