How to make a Fallout New Vegas snow globe?

Can anybody give me a website to get the backgrounds for the snow globes found in Fallout: New Vegas? Please let there be no snow in the background, the Sierra Madre snow globe is the only one I know that doesn't have the snow, but I saw a picture of the Nuclear Test Site globe somebody had made and it didn't have the snow and it looked fantastic. Thanks!
