How can I tell a guy that i am not interested in that I don't like him?

He is going all on Facebook saying he is dating me but if he was hot I would of not mind.The issue is that he is not (not to sound mean). How do I tell him nicely to leave me the **** alone! He follows me everywhere and im tired of it. I don't date(personal choice) but when these guys that asked me out before told me "hey you would go out with Taylor but you won't go with me.You have bad taste". I can't force him to take it off ....im strung right now :P
