My grandma has gout. She is 89 years old and she also has diabetes, high blood pressure and is lactose intolerant. I need some advice on what foods she can eat and what foods she shouldn't eat. I've asked different doctors and they give me a short list of chicken and bread, and that she shouldn't have red meat or asparagus. I need a more detailed list if anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
