.223 reloading questions.. few questions in one?

Theories about which weights work with which rate of twist are just that. It is a guideline. Try the heavier bullets and see how they perfrom. I normally get bullets from either Midway USA or Natchez Shooting Supply. Graf and sons has a flat rate $4.95 S/H so small quantities are not too bad from them. Kittery Trading Post is kind of hit or miss, but they carry some bullets and have free shipping on orders over some amount, $50 the last I knew.
