How do I get my family to eat vegetables?

I love vegetables... However, my family does not. I keep trying recipes from books with no luck. I need recipes with Broccoli, Brussels sprout, Cauliflower, Spinach, Eggplant, Squash, Zucchini, Asparagus, Sweet potatoes, and/or Leeks. Also anything else you can give me a recipe for!

Where could an American college student move to in Brazil?

I am a 24 year old male that is thinking about moving to Brazil for a few months just because I can do it. I want to live along the coast during their summer months.. need a good area that I could live safe and cheap for a few months. Any ideas? Or suggest other places to move to with beautiful coastal areas to live at for cheap. Clearing grass to grow asparagus?

If I want to grow asparagus in my yard do I have to clear the grass out and create a formal bed? ...or can I just plant all the crowns I have (25 crowns), and the shoots will naturally pop-up out of the ground irrespective of whether I leave the grass there or not?

I just replaced my a/c unit in my 98 GMC sierra 1500 5.7. Only when my a/c is on it almost seems like my trany?

is slipping, but when i turn my a/c off it runs perfectly fine. The parts i replaced are the condenser, liquid hose line, dryer and the compressor. I can't figure out why the a/c would be causing my truck to run rough. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can I move asparagus?

I am possibly moving house and wondering whether I cam dig up my asparagus to take with me, as I have spent two years growing it or will I have to buy new plants? If I can move them what is the best way to go about it? Thanks!
